What a fantastic effort from the boys today against a very good team.

Before the game i asked for the backline to man up, for each and every boy to apply pressure through tackling and smothers and for the boys to "come back and around" to direct the ball out to our wingman for them to carry the ball up the ground.

On all counts the boys were incredible. The desperation shown by all was superb.

It was another reminder that when every one puts in for the team we can beat any one in any conditions.

Harry R and Matty H were inspirational and i was very impressed how Nathan kept focussed on winning the ball rather than get sucked in by the opposition. A fantastic last quarter goal was a great finish on a terrific days work from Nathan. Charlie also had a good day out on his 50th Game - well done Charlie
